I have also been cursed by the algorithm showing me “How I made this much $$$ on medium" articles. I even bumped into one article with a title ‘how I plan to make this much dollars! The guy hadn’t even made the money yet!

And I love your point about plumbers not revealing their numbers. They just show up and probably make much more than 95% of medium writers.
