I neglected my diet for over 20 years as I used to think that my overall fitness levels and my athleticism would keep me healthy. How wrong I was! I had elevated blood glucose levels and start developing fat around my belly. Fasting and a low-carb diet has now made me feel healthier and fitter than I was 15 years ago
